The Plough
Richmond | Pub
This is one of my favourite pubs to visit after a big walk in Richmond Park. It's tucked away on a side street in Sheen but only a 5 minute walk from Sheen Gate.
The pub has a great outside space with a few umbrellas to hide under if it rains and there are always a few water bowls dotted around for us. They are not on the menu but I happen to know they have pigs and cows ears. I should be keeping this to myself really but the humans are trying to get me to share more!
The human food is above average pub food and the menu changes with the seasons. Inside is cosy and they have a real fire in winter which the humans seem to love.

Beautifully situated just a stones throw from Sheens Richmond Park gates and yet just moments from the bustling areas of East Sheen, Putney, and Richmond, The Plough offers its guests a warm mix of fine British ales, delicate wines and contemporary food with regularly changing special dishes.

Unfortunately it's only their courtyard and bar that are dog-friendly, the restaurant isn't.

17/9 great brunch meal with my girlfriend this afternoon. Waitor team was superb! Ahmad was top draw and great serviice. Will defiantely return.

Great place to go for a pint or two. Everybody is lovely and always have treats for dog. It has an awesome terrace

This is our local pub and we love going here as they are so welcoming and dog friendly! Dogs welcome in the bar/ restaurant area and outside in their garden/ courtyard too. The humans say they do really good roast dinners and yummy desserts!
