The Marlborough
Richmond | Pub
This Young's pub on Richmond Hill is very deceptive from the front as it looks quite small but once inside, it just goes on and on until you reach the wonderful garden space at the rear. It is one of the largest pub gardens we have come across with some covered areas, booths and in summer even a little beach complete with deckchairs.
Obviously all pooches are welcome here but what makes it extra special is the 3 course doggie menu. Lamb liver bread to start, beef stew for mains and ice cream for dessert - all freshly prepared by the chef and beautifully presented. There is also a water barrel where we can help ourselves.
Two legged foodies can expect pub classics with seasonal twists such as Pea puree braised leek & cheese puff pastry tart, with favourites like burgers and fish and chips. You can also get brunch Monday to Friday.

Situated a stone's throw away from Richmond Park and Turner's painting depicting the river Thames. Our pub has a little something for everyone. Book a spot in our beautiful garden room for your corporate event or family gathering.
After a long walk through Richmond Park, there is nothing better than enjoying one of our mouthwatering pies and a pint of our delicious Young's Original out in the garden. If you're seeking something lighter, our salads and small bites are a great choice.

Rude, bad mannered staff. Would never go there again.

Unfortunately it's only their courtyard and bar that are dog-friendly, the restaurant isn't.
