Pear Tree Cafe
Wandsworth | Cafe
My humans are often disappointed to find that park cafes won't let me in! So one of the reasons Battersea Park is one of our favourites is because the Pear Tree Cafe, right in the middle of the park, is very dog friendly. The cafe is by one of the ponds so on a nice day you can sit at one of the many outside tables and watch the ducks and swans. There is plenty of space and you don't need to be on a lead, unless of course you can't be trusted around birds! Inside is a little more cramped, especially at weekends and in bad weather when the cafe is very busy. Bigger dogs are welcome inside but I would recommend my larger friends go at a quieter time. The cafe is open for breakfast and lunch, though they do hold occasional evening events. You can also get takeaway drinks and snacks to keep you going on your walk in the park. Archie

Pear Tree Cafe was opened by Annabel Partridge and Will Burrett in Autumn 2016. The cafe has quickly built a fantastic reputation in Battersea Park! Our menus of thoughtfully crafted cafe style dishes bring a fresh, seasonal and innovative approach to London's cafe scene. The cafe is open from dawn till dusk every day, and is situated inside Battersea Park, next to an idyllic, picturesque lake.

Unfortunately it's only their courtyard and bar that are dog-friendly, the restaurant isn't.

This is our local pub and we love going here as they are so welcoming and dog friendly! Dogs welcome in the bar/ restaurant area and outside in their garden/ courtyard too. The humans say they do really good roast dinners and yummy desserts!

Loved it here! They took us in last minute when we were let down by our booking with Brindisa 2 doors down. We were even allowed to sit indoors. The humans loved their cocktails and food - Turkish twist on brunch! The chefs even made me my own pup friendly bacon and eggs. I saw they offered a fellow pup a doggy bed to use which is a nice touch but I preferred to use my own bag for a post brunch nap.

Well behaved doggos on leads are welcome inside this festive event! It gets a bit busy so I stayed mostly in my bag but I enjoyed stealing some of the humans bratwurst and even got my own puppacino from the bar!
