Duke of Cambridge - Battersea
Wandsworth | Pub
One of our most favourite places to explore is Battersea Park. We usually work up quite an appetite having fun in the park so it's lucky we only have to cross the road to get to The Duke of Cambridge.
The pub has a few tables outside and is really spacious inside. The staff here adore dogs and welcomed us with water and treats. They even have a Sunday Roast for doggies, which begs one question- why the hell did we go on a Saturday?
The Duke of Cambridge is the perfect pub to meet your friends before or after a walk!
"
The Duke has been providing sustenance to the people of Battersea since 1890. Whilst the horse-drawn omnibuses are long gone, you can still find us on the doorstep of Battersea park, delighting our locals with our incredible seasonal British menu, exquisite wine selection and classic cocktails.
Whether you're gathering with friends for a post work drink, meeting your family for a scrumptious Sunday roast or joining us for our ALL NEW bottomless brunch, the Duke of Cambridge is the place to be!

Unfortunately it's only their courtyard and bar that are dog-friendly, the restaurant isn't.

This is our local pub and we love going here as they are so welcoming and dog friendly! Dogs welcome in the bar/ restaurant area and outside in their garden/ courtyard too. The humans say they do really good roast dinners and yummy desserts!

Loved it here! They took us in last minute when we were let down by our booking with Brindisa 2 doors down. We were even allowed to sit indoors. The humans loved their cocktails and food - Turkish twist on brunch! The chefs even made me my own pup friendly bacon and eggs. I saw they offered a fellow pup a doggy bed to use which is a nice touch but I preferred to use my own bag for a post brunch nap.

Well behaved doggos on leads are welcome inside this festive event! It gets a bit busy so I stayed mostly in my bag but I enjoyed stealing some of the humans bratwurst and even got my own puppacino from the bar!

Great for a rest in after a stroll in Green park. Lots of big TVs for the humans to watch live sports.

The humans said the pizza here was super tasty, but wouldn’t let me try any! I got a nice cosy spot for my bag under the table for a post-walk nap. Ladywell fields is a couple minutes walk away for a pre/post meal walkies.

A great place to stop for a rest after a walk at Ladywell fields. Lots of yummy fresh pastries, breads, sandwiches to try and coffee to wake the human up on those early walks! Mumma says they also do the most amazing french cakes and patisseries!
