Archie's
Well of course I had to try a place which shares my name as it must mean they have impeccable taste. I wasn’t disappointed when we visited Archie’s for brunch one Saturday morning. This little neighbourhood cafe is open until 5.00pm every day, serving breakfast, brunch and lunch in small but comfortable surroundings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they were happy for me to sit on the seats. I was brought water and there was plenty of space for me to sit with the humans while they ate their breakfast. They very much enjoyed the vegan breakfast and they managed to also squeeze in a cake from the delicious selection on offer. There is also a small outside decked area at the front of the cafe.

Rude, bad mannered staff. Would never go there again.

Unfortunately it's only their courtyard and bar that are dog-friendly, the restaurant isn't.

This is our local pub and we love going here as they are so welcoming and dog friendly! Dogs welcome in the bar/ restaurant area and outside in their garden/ courtyard too. The humans say they do really good roast dinners and yummy desserts!

Loved it here! They took us in last minute when we were let down by our booking with Brindisa 2 doors down. We were even allowed to sit indoors. The humans loved their cocktails and food - Turkish twist on brunch! The chefs even made me my own pup friendly bacon and eggs. I saw they offered a fellow pup a doggy bed to use which is a nice touch but I preferred to use my own bag for a post brunch nap.

Well behaved doggos on leads are welcome inside this festive event! It gets a bit busy so I stayed mostly in my bag but I enjoyed stealing some of the humans bratwurst and even got my own puppacino from the bar!
