The Albert

This Youngs pub is a short stroll from my house so obviously it’s one of my favourites as it means I don’t have to travel far to enjoy some treats. They always have a jar of them, along with water and bowls, by the bar. We doggies are allowed in the bar, library and enclosed rear garden area. The main bar area is large and spacious with an open fire in winter to cosy up by. While I enjoy my treats the humans can choose from a menu full of home cooked classics and a daily specials board. They also do a cracking Sunday roast! Archie 🐾 🐾

Unfortunately it's only their courtyard and bar that are dog-friendly, the restaurant isn't.

This is our local pub and we love going here as they are so welcoming and dog friendly! Dogs welcome in the bar/ restaurant area and outside in their garden/ courtyard too. The humans say they do really good roast dinners and yummy desserts!

Loved it here! They took us in last minute when we were let down by our booking with Brindisa 2 doors down. We were even allowed to sit indoors. The humans loved their cocktails and food - Turkish twist on brunch! The chefs even made me my own pup friendly bacon and eggs. I saw they offered a fellow pup a doggy bed to use which is a nice touch but I preferred to use my own bag for a post brunch nap.

Well behaved doggos on leads are welcome inside this festive event! It gets a bit busy so I stayed mostly in my bag but I enjoyed stealing some of the humans bratwurst and even got my own puppacino from the bar!
