What to do with Your Dog this Bank Holiday

Archie at Neverland London

The sun is promising to come out, it's our last long weekend until August and we can even start hugging our friends again!

Here are 5 ways to make the most of this Bank Holiday weekend with your pooch by your side.

Saturday Night at the Movies

It doesn't have to be Saturday night! You can take your pooch along to any of the screenings by Rooftop Film Club at their Bussey Bar Rooftop venue.

This weekend they are showing the 90s classic Clueless and pooches are also welcome in the bar area at Bussey Bar.

Some of their drive in screenings at other venues are dog friendly so check the website for details.

Raise a Glass to the Great British Pub

This Monday will be our first (hopefully of many) Take Your Dog to the Pub Day and we hope many of our Four Legged Foodie friends will join us by paying a visit to their favourite pub!*

We will be celebrating the day at The Duke of Cambridge in Battersea so do say hello if you are there too!

For Richmond doggies we recommend The Lass O'Richmond Hill and Angel and Crown.

For Hampstead doggies we recommend The Holly Bush.

For Kingston doggies we recommend The Canbury Arms and The Ram.

For Clapham doggies we recommend The Rookery.

For Kings Cross doggies we recommend The Lighterman.

If you want to explore a new pub, use our Dogs Come Too search or install our app to find great dog friendly London boozers.

Oh I Do Like to be Beside the Seaside

We have so many wonderful beaches in the UK and you may be surprised to learn that many of them are dog friendly all year round. Some firm favourites are West Wittering, Camber Sands, Wells and Sutton on Sea (pictured above).*

If you'd rather stay in London, you can still get that beach experience at Fulham Beach, Neverland London where you can also enjoy cocktails, food and music.

*Archie has been to dozens of beaches, particularly in Cornwall, so if you want any specific recommendations please message us.

A Sailor's Life for Me

Round up 5 friends, get your lifejacket on, pack up a picnic and spend an afternoon on the water with GoBoat.

Trips are now available from Paddington, Kingston and Canary Wharf and all boats are super dog friendly. It's a great way to see the city!

Festivals Are On!

Well Doggie ones are anyway. Sorry this is not technically for the bank holiday as Dogstival is next weekend but you can buy your tickets this weekend and get planning what you want to do when you get there.

Don't forget to look out for Archie and Nacho who will be there all weekend.
