On Saturday 1st June we hosted our first doggy picnic in Hyde Park and what a fantastic day it was. Twenty of our friends travelled from all over London with their humans to meet us in one of the city’s best picnic spots. The humans brought their hampers and blankets while we doggies enjoyed treats by Rosewood Pets and Fish4Dogs, presented in our very own Two Terriers Social Club picnic box.
The sun was shining so we found a lovely shady spot under some trees to set down our blankets and being terriers we immediately started to guard the area and ward off any gatecrashers 😬
As expected we were all a little bit naughty (some more than others - Archie) and tried to steal the humans food as well each other’s! But we all found some time to play and make new friends too.
We even had our very own sketch artist, Kathy Whyte who came along to draw us with our humans. As if all the posing we have to do for photos isn’t enough😜
Thanks to all who came along. We had a great time seeing some old friends and meeting new ones. We will definitely do it again next year.
