Percy and Founders

Archie has brunch at dog friendly Fitzrovia restaurant Percy and Founders

On my way to the DOGSOFIGLONDON meet up, I decided to stop off for a bite to eat.

I heard that Percy and Founders in Fitzrovia are dog friendly so thought I’d give it a try and take the humans for one of their favourite meals - brunch! I’ve noticed that sausages are quite popular at this brunch thing so I’m obviously a fan too.

I was allowed in the bar but it’s quite a posh one so I still felt special. Water was brought to me straight away which is always a good start and the staff were friendly to me. The humans said there was lots of great things on the menu for them and they ordered me some bacon. It was quiet at 11.00 on a Saturday but started to get busy at 12.00 so go early if you prefer to have a bit of space - I was the only doggie there that day.

The humans really liked the decor but I felt sorry for the doggie captured on canvas in that most humiliating of poses - wearing the dreaded lampshade!

There isn’t a lot of green space in this area but Regents Park is about 20 minutes away if you need to run off that bacon.

I would give Percy and Founders a 2 Paws rating. If you’re in the area give it a try.
