Dogstival

On May 18th we went along to the first ever Dogstival held in Pylewell Park.

Spread over 2 days this festival promised to be a great day out for dogs and dog lovers - and it didn’t disappoint!

Hundreds of dogs of all sizes, ages and breeds turned up to the park which is in the New Forest. Once there you could join in with fun activities such as diving into the K9 Aquasports pool, agility and flyball. You could even have a go at chasing an electric rabbit with Little Nippers and Lurchers.

In the main arena we were entertained with displays from Rockwood Display Team and Paws For Thought. We were particularly impressed with dogs running through fire! Hope they got lots of treats after that.

For the humans there were plenty of food stalls selling everything from burgers to brownies so they didn’t go hungry while we sampled some tasty treats and picked out some new bandanas for our next party.
