This week we had a birthday here at Four Legged Foodies and we were determined to celebrate in style despite being unable to visit any of our favourite restaurants.
Many of our wonderful dog friendly places are struggling to survive so we are supporting them however we can.
Until they welcome us and our pooches back later this year, switch on the TV, get your PJ's on, put your feet up and enjoy some fabulous food at home from these 5 restaurants.
The Barge House, Haggerston
Until we get the opportunity to visit this canal side eatery, we decided to try their speciality Breakfast En Bread as our birthday morning treat!
These little sourdough loaves are hollowed out and filled with delicious ingredients all sourced from local suppliers. You can order 5 of their varieties for delivery including The Original and The Vegan.
Order from their website Monday to Thursday for next day delivery anywhere in UK.
The breads arrive vacuum packed and can be frozen for up to a month or kept in the fridge for 2 days. Then all you need to do is pop them in the oven for 20 minutes and enjoy!
We can't wait to visit and try them again when they re-open!
Sketch, Mayfair
This is a firm favourite ours. It's very posh but doggies are welcome in the Parlour where you can enjoy all day dining, including their fabulous Afternoon Tea.
Order from their website and Sketch will deliver their Afternoon Tea to your door and you can enjoy the freshly prepared finger sandwiches, petits gateaux, cake, scones and preserves. All beautifully presented in the Sketch pink jewellery box.
If you're not as sweet of tooth as us, you can also order a selection of a la carte dishes and even a four course meal complete with wine pairings!
Gauchos, Various Locations
If beef is your thing (it's certainly Archie's) then you will be pleased to know that you can enjoy delicious Argentinian steak at home courtesy of Gauchos.
Choose from a selection of steaks, burgers, sandwiches, starters, desserts. There's even a veggie option and of course a fantastic selection from their wine cellar!

Farmacy, Notting Hill & Bethnal Green
Our vegan friends can join in the 'At Home' fun and celebrate Veganuary with delicious plant-based food from Farmacy.
Farmacy have just opened their second restaurant in East London so can now deliver to East and West London via Ordit, Deliveroo and Uber Eats.
We loved our visit to the Notting Hill restaurant in 2019 and can't wait to go back. In the meantime, we will be enjoying dishes such as their Got No Beef Burger and Mac n Cheese at home.
Jose Pizarro, Bermondsey
Our favourite Tapas restaurants now have a Finish at Home menu which means you can enjoy delicious Spanish treats whilst you dream of being on a Mediterranean beach!
Visit their website and order their weekly menu ready for delivery on Thursday.
Once you receive all the ingredients and any extras you ordered (we highly recommend the dark chocolate figs) visit their YouTube channel and watch Jose and Peter along with their adorable Schnauzers as they guide you through the recipes.
