How much does it cost?
Just £52 for a 12 months basic listing.
What period of advertising does the fee cover?
The fee covers a full 12 month period from the date payment is received. The fee for the first 12 months will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Can I cancel my listing?
You can cancel your listing at any time by sending us an email. The fee, however will be non-refundable.
What if we decide to no longer accept dogs on the premises?
If you decide to no longer welcome dogs please let us know so that we can remove you from our listing. The fee will be non-refundable.
What will happen after 12 months?
Renewal after the initial 12 months will not be automatic. We will contact you one month before your renewal date to confirm you would like to continue.
What images will you use?
We will use an image provided by you or taken from your website. We will also add images taken by our reviewers.
Can we change the description of our premises?
We initially take the description from your website but we are happy to change this if you send us alternative wording.
Who will review us?
Archie and his pals are always keen to visit more places but with so many to get round they have also enlisted the help of some friends. We also invite any other visitors to submit their own reviews. All external comments submitted to your listing will be reviewed by us prior to publishing and any inappropriate content removed.
Can we comment or reply to the reviews?
We want to keep our listing user friendly, so we ask that you contact us if you are unhappy with any comments.
