Hi my name is Holly and I’m the owner of HoundsbyHolly. I am dog crazy and love nothing more than walking my dogs & creating artwork! I started up HoundsbyHolly as soon as I left sixth form. I knew that I wanted to be self employed in the future & doing something I love, so I decided against going to university and put time & money into this instead! In 2019 I got selected to be a ‘New Maker’ at Kirstie Allsopp’s Handmade Festival 2019 at Hampton Court. This was definitely a great learning curve and I loved every minute! Unfortunately I haven’t been able to do any other craft fairs/dogs shows due to the lack of events being held this year - but I hope to be back at them as soon as possible!

Initially I used acrylic paints to make my artwork but I quickly realised I wanted to try something different. Now, I create all my artwork digitally, on my trusty ipad. I love the detail I can achieve and I wouldn’t go back to paint!
