I have been involved in setting up and running Villages, a micro-brewery in south-east London for the last 5 years. Villages has always had an eye on its environmental impact, and one aspect of this is the spent grain it produces;
Our idea was to turn this grain into dog biscuits. The more I looked into it, the more I thought we could create something that was good for dogs, and good for the environment. So BrewBix was born, and we have only just got started!
